below are what u could do with a 2kg dumbell on each hand:

10 sets of jumping jack
1 lap on the track with dumbells
jumping up the grandstairs with dumbells for 10 times
running up and down the grandstairs with dumbells for 6 rounds
20 push-ups

sounded like a mini military training...?

above are what i juz did durin the PE lesson this morning.. =S
and we are goin to hav another session of PE tml afternoon..

keep those dumbells away from me..!
